Welcome to OshVanK Node Service. By accessing or using our infrastructure, tools, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

💢 1. Description of Services

OshVanK provides bare-metal node operations, Sentry-node architecture, public RPC endpoints, IBC relayer management, and automated installation playbooks. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available".

💢 2. Non-Custodial Nature

We operate as an independent, non-custodial Proof-of-Stake (PoS) validator. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or digital assets. Delegating tokens to our validators involves on-chain mechanisms over which we have no custodial control.

💢 3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our public endpoints, API services, or tools for:

• Malicious activities, DDoS attacks, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Bypassing rate limits or attempting to disrupt our bare-metal infrastructure or Sentry Node topology.

💢 4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for a flawless uptime and zero slashing history, blockchain networks carry inherent risks. OshVanK Node Service is not liable for any financial losses, network downtime, slashing events initiated by the protocol, or indirect damages arising from the use of our infrastructure or tools.
